Return Policy 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
We provide a 72 hour grace period allowing returns for the following 3 reasons.
- You receive the scale and decide it's not the one for you
- Your scale arrives damaged from shipping
- Your scale does not operate properly out of the box
To return a scale for one of the above reasons Contact Us, then send it back for an exchange/refund. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. All scales must have the original scale box they came with.
After 72 hours, returns of any kind are not accepted. All inquires thereafter must be directed to the manufacturer (See below).
Warranties
The majority of our scales come with extended warranties, please see the warranty info included in with your scale from the manufacturer. Also be sure to keep your warranty card and info in a safe place where you can refer to it later if needed.
Scales with warranties come with warranty cards and instructions along with the user manuals. Procedures and requirements for sending in your scale under warranty vary with the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturers directly with any warranty questions.
