How To Purchase By Mail
Ordering by mail is easy! Simply use the shopping cart to add the items you wish to purchase. Then, when you're ready click the "Checkout" button in your shopping basket.
At the top of the order page is the Mail Order Button (see appearance below). Click the Mail Order Button and you will be taken to your printable order form, complete with shipping fees. Print the form, fill it out and send it in. If you still have any questions please Contact Us.
