The Salter 1400 calculates carbs, calories, fat, cholesterol, fiber, protein, and sodium making it the perfect diet scale! Additionally, its memory can store multiple food entries and, whenever you want, the accumulated totals can be recalled, so you can keep track of how you’re doing. Not only is the Salter 1400 a nutritional computer, but it's also a great multi-purpose kitchen scale with a very contemporary design. With its high-precision strain gauge sensing system the Salter 1400 weighs up to 3000 grams (6 pounds) with an accuracy to 1 gram (0.1 ounce).
Two interchangeable weighing trays are included, one is stainless steel the other is glass. Power is provided by one 9V battery (not included). A 10 year Salter warranty is also standard.
